GraduateImpact Team Recruitment
We have just received substantial investment in this ministry to help us multiply the scope and impact of the work over the next 3 years. This gives us an unprecedented opportunity to make the work sustainable and scalable to help ever more young Christian adults across our continent and beyond.
We are looking to appoint the following:
1 Operations Manager - will be responsible for growing the ministry in operational terms: recruiting and supervising a small administrative team, project managing the development of Cross-Current resources and developing adequate systems for financial reporting and for team interactivity. Experience in recruitment and management, together with training in financial reporting and project management would be helpful.
2 Cross-Current European Field Coordinator - will be the primary person responsible for the development of Cross-Current City groups within Europe. This will include teaching, training and facilitating group meetings, liaison with national IFES movements, and contribution to content development for Cross-Current resources. The person should have at least 5 years experience working for a non-Christian organisation, should be willing to be trained to teach others, and should have a natural ability to inspire and support others.
3 Cross-Current Resource Development Manager - will work with the team to oversee the development, evaluation and publication of Cross-Current City training resources, and will be involved in teaching, training and mentoring graduates in City groups and helping to facilitate Professional Group meetings.
The young people we work with are the future of a Christian presence in mainstream society across an entire continent. Future teachers, business managers, lawyers, doctors, sociologists, politicians etc... They are all salt and light. People who can make a difference to the world where they live, and the people they work with, in Jesus' name.
We want to help them learn how they can live and work to the glory of God whatever their job and wherever they work. We believe it is good for them, good for their colleagues and workplaces, good for their professions and by God's grace it is good for their societies.
You should be passionate about connecting your Christian faith and professional life, and ready to take up the challenge of helping an emerging generation of Christian adults across an entire continent.
You should be willing to learn new roles, excited to develop existing skills and ready to grow as a follower of Jesus. You should be willing to serve, generous with your time and humble in your heart.
You will need to be willing to travel (including weekends).
All of these roles require membership of a scattered-team led by Tim Vickers (UK). You will need to possess an appreciation of cultural diversity, and will need a strong commitment to finding common purpose and supporting each other to achieve this work together.
All positions will be salaried at a level appropriate to experience and local pay levels, however we need all staff to join the team effort to attain financial sustainability for the work and it will be helpful for you to pray about local support.
