Why Graduates?
Between 2017 and 2021, sponsored by the Templeton Religion Trust, we undertook comprehensive research into the integration of faith and work for young Christian adults in Europe & Eurasia.
We have identified that young Christian professionals frequently experience a disconnect between their faith identity and their work identity. For some, this disintegration can be an impediment to a continued life with Jesus. For others, this dualism limits their personal flourishing, inhibits their opportunity to bring a Christian influence into their workplace, and diminishes their potential for societal impact.
In response to these challenges, young Christian professionals need whole-life discipleship focused on growing skills, inspiring intellect and nurturing Christlike character so they can live integrated lives of faithfulness and fruitfulness.
Who we are:
Graduate Impact is a ministry of IFES* that is dedicated to helping young Christian adults as they move from student life into professional work.
We work anywhere in the world we are needed.
Our aims are:
To help reduce the fall-away from faith that occurs in the transition from university into working life;
To envision, equip and support young Christian professionals as they learn to live, think and speak for Jesus in their workplaces, professions and societies.

We run, and help you run a network of learning communities all around the world.
We have a purpose made curriculum that focuses on growing Christlike character at work.

We are running training for leaders in Europe/Eurasia, Mexico, Philippines and Latin America
Resources
Since 2007 we have run a Bible and Culture summer school as a place to help young Christian adults grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus, and to grow in their ability to connect scripture’s truth to the contemporary world.
In 2024 we are launching a new modular version of B&C in partnership with regent College, Vancouver.
Courses
We are starting to grow a series of eLearning courses with some of the leading Christian voices connecting faith with professional life.
